Jetpur Dyeing and Printing Association have set up a Common Effluent Treatment Plant [CETP] at their location in Jetpur, Gujarat, India. The association has set up a common effluent treatment plant to treat the effluent arising from around 200 washing ghats. The CETP consisting of physico-chemical treatment, is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 2000 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet BOD 180 mg/L. The total cost of these textile industries project was Rs. 3 Millions and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1991 to give treated effluent BOD < 100 mg/L.
M.G. Textile Mills.
M.G. Textile Mills is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant involving physico-chemical process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 450 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 6000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.8 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1995 to give treated effluent COD – 1000 mg/L.

Nahata Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is carrying out its manufacturing activity at Pali, Rajasthan, India. An effluent Treatment Plant involving physico-chemical process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 450 cu.m/day of effluent. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.8 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1991.
Neptune Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd.
Neptune Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant involving physico-chemical process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 400 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 2000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.4 Million and the textile industries plant was successfully commissioned in 1986 giving treated effluent COD – 600 mg/L.
Real Honest Textile.
Real Honest Textile is carrying out its manufacturing activity in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 200 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 2500 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.6 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1985 giving treated effluent COD – 250 mg/L.
S.D.B. Industries.
S.D.B. Industries is a textile unit situated in Pali, Rajasthan, India. An effluent Treatment plant involving physico-chemical process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 80 cu.m/day of effluent. The total cost of these textile industries project was Rs. 0.1 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1991.
Shri Jagdamba Textile Mill Pvt. Ltd.
Shri Jagdamba Textile Mill Pvt. Ltd. is carrying out its manufacturing activity in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant consisting of High Rate Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 300 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 800 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.9 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1993 giving treated effluent COD – 150 mg/L.
Vishal Textile Pvt. Ltd.
Vishal Textile Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant physico-chemical treatment process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 800 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 800 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.5 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1988 giving treated effluent COD – 400 mg/L.
