Modification & Upgradation of the existing
Effluent Treatment Plant
Chokhavatia Associates have efficaciously carried out number of studies for the Assessment and Performance Evaluation of the existing Effluent Treatment Plants for various industries in India.
The main aim is to evaluate the efficiency of the existing Effluent treatment plant in terms of present hydraulic load and organic load with the establishment of the design criteria of the existing effluent treatment plant. The entire study includes following phases as under
- Flow measurement by various engineering methods.
- Sample collection of the inlet and outlet of preliminary treatment units, primary treatment units, and biological treatment units on the daily basis. (Grab & Composite)
- To conduct Lab analysis for various parameters along with the Physico-chemical treatability studies and biological pilot plant studies to analyze the effluent. (At our in-house laboratory)
- Assessment of Electro-mechanical items.
- To identify any operational issues.
- We also provide staff training on-site for the effective operation of the existing plant.
- We also provide sludge-handling solutions.
We submit the Detailed Project Report covering the entire evaluation, onsite observations, operational issues, assessment of the existing treatment units, chemical consumptions, lab analysis report, Physico-chemical treatability study report, pilot plant biological study report, adequacy of the existing effluent plant, suggestions and required modifications if any along with cost estimation.
