| Narrative Description |
To put up the ETP for a soft drink bottling – Coca-Cola effluent with a design, detailed engineering, supervision over civil construction work, supply of complete ETP, erection, commissioning and operating the same for a period of 3 months. This is the first of its kind of any type of industry in Somaliland.
The bottling plant is for Coca-Cola operation. The treatment plan put up is for 250 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD of 1300 mg/I. The treated effluent achieved COD of 100 mg/I. As per the revised guidelines of Coca-Cola, the fish pond should have DO of 4 mg/I, which was also provided. The cost of the treatment plant is USD 400000.00 |
