• aroli Vibhag Khand Udhyog is a sugarcane-crushing unit of 3000 t/day capacity, situated at Maroli in Surat, Gujarat, India. An effluent Treatment Plant involving Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 2000 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 20000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 1.6 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1985 to give treated effluent COD – 100 mg/L.

• ardar Sugar Co-Op. Sahakari Mandli Ltd. is situated at Bodeli in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The industry is engaged in manufacturing V.P. Sugar, Bagasse, filter cake and final molasses. The industry has set up an effluent treatment plant consisting of Anaerobic Lagoon with Aerobic Sludge process. The industry had appointed CA as their consultants to operate and maintain their effluent treatment plant.
