  • ujarat Co-Operative Oil Growers Federation Ltd. has set up their oil manufacturing plant at Jamnagar in Gujarat, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 100 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 3500 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.5 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1985 with treated effluent COD – 250 mg/L.

Hynoup Oil Industries

  • ynoup Oil Industries have set up their oil manufacturing plant at Kadi in Gujarat, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 80 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 6000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.4 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1987 with treated effluent COD – 300 mg/L.

Madhusudan Industries Ltd.

  • adhusudan Industries Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing oil at their manufacturing plant in Kadi, Gujarat, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 250 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 15000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 2.6 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1993, giving treated effluent COD – 300 mg/L.

  • Sainath Proteins Ltd., situated at Kadi, is engaged in oil production at their manufacturing plant in Kadi, Gujarat, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 50 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 15000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.7 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1994, giving treated effluent COD – 300 mg/L.

An effluent Treatment Plant consisting of Activated Sludge process is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 60 cu.m/day of effluent with inlet COD 4000 mg/L. The total cost of the project was Rs. 0.4 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1988, giving treated effluent COD – 300 mg/L.
