A

    sian Tubes is situated in Kadi, Gujarat, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of physico-chemical treatment is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 50 cu.m/day of effluent. The parameters considered for the design are pH and Zinc. The total cost of the project for this engineering industries was Rs. 1.2 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 2000 giving treated effluent parameters within regulatory standards.

Bharat Dynamic Ltd.

    harat Dynamic Ltd. is located in Hyderabad, India. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of physico-chemical treatment is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 240 cu.m/day of effluent. The parameters considered for the design are pH, Chromium, Nickle, Zinc, Tin, etc. The total cost of the project was Rs. 1.4 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1988 where treated effluent parameters confirmed to the regulatory standards.

GE Apar Lighting Ltd.

      E Apar Lighting Ltd. is located in Nadiad, Gujarat, India. These engineering industries is engaged in manufacturing lighting equipments such as light bulbs and tube lights. An Effluent Treatment Plant consisting of physico-chemical treatment is designed and commissioned by CA to treat 70 cu.m/day of effluent. The parameters considered for the design are pH and Chromium. The total cost of the project was Rs. 1 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1991 where treated effluent parameters confirmed to the regulatory standards.

The industry has also set up a Sewage Treatment Plant which is designed and commissioned by CA. The sewage treatment plant, consisting of Activated Sludge process, is designed to treat 30 cu.m/day of sewage with inlet BOD 500 mg/L. The total cost of the project was 0.3 Million and the plant was successfully commissioned in 1994 having the treated effluent BOD of 30 mg/L.
